About me
I’m a former architect who fell head over heels in love with plants, and now design gardens for private clients in Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London.
I love to create spaces that are both calming and uplifting, places to relax after long busy days. They are gardens that will be places of interest all year round.
As a child, I loved visiting historic buildings and their gardens. So, perhaps it’s no surprise that I worked first as an architect for 25 years and have spent the last 12 years in horticulture. These are my dream jobs.
I am passionate about plants, particularly about creating gardens with interesting textures, that will become places of rest and recuperation. We all know that gardens and gardening are great for our mental health and wellbeing. But sometimes it can be hard to think what you want to do with a space, or how to do it. That’s where I step in.
I listen carefully to your dreams for, and what you need from the garden, editing and creating the vision, before turning it into a practical reality, that you feel you will be able to look after.
